For parents and caregivers of gifted students, Join BVGT and fellow parents/caregivers of gifted children for a FREE book study of Dr. Patricia Gatto-Walden’s Embracing the Whole Gifted Self (2016). This 113-page book by local psychologist Dr. Patty Gatto-Walden provides a succinct yet detailed overview of the many aspects of giftedness, and how to recognize and balance them in everyday life.

Session 1, October 22, 2:30-4:30: Introduction to the domains of giftedness, discuss how they affect your daily lives. Receive books to borrow.
Session 2, November 5, 2:30-4:30: Come having read the entire book to discuss examples and insights in detail. Return borrowed books.
The book study will be facilitated by Deb Darnell, BVGT board member and Fairview HS Gifted and Talented Advisor.
