Join BVGT for games and other fun activities at our upcoming school-year playdates–they’re not just for summers any more! You’re welcome to bring a favorite game to share–we love discovering new ones. We’ll have some on hand that appeal to kindergartners on up through middle schoolers.
High schoolers who would like to lead games or help younger students with crafts can receive community service credit from BVGT! (Contact Sarah at [email protected] for further details.)
BVGT board members will be on hand, eager to share relevant resources, answer questions, and discuss what we’ve learned about raising and educating gifted children. We’ll also bring a selection of books from our lending library (free for BVGT members).
Our playdates are free, and students of all ages (and their grown-ups) are welcome, whether or not the kiddos have been officially identified as “gifted and talented” and regardless of where they attend school (BVSD, other district, private school, home…). Plus, you do not have to be a member of BVGT to participate!
Spring semester dates and locations TBD – join our Meetup group (it’s also free!), BVGT Family Activities, to receive announcements.
