Beyond High Potential: Understanding Giftedness Through a Neurodivergent Lens with Marni Kammersell

  • Events

Have you ever considered that giftedness is more than academic potential or achievement? Join BVGT for this talk which will explore the importance of viewing giftedness as part of neurodivergence. Marni Kammersell, a local education consultant and current doctoral student at Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education, will draw from personal experience and highlight the crucial role accurate identification plays in supporting the mental health and well-being of gifted children. Parents will gain practical insights on fostering environments that affirm neurodivergence and help their children thrive, both emotionally and academically.
